Richard is much more than an author and a keynote inspirational speaker.

He is a passionate man with a contagious sense of humour who travels across North America, urging audience members to free themselves from their collective conformity. He leads people to reconnect with their dreams and passions, in order to be more content with their personal and professional life.

He is a "Neural-linguistic programming" practitioner and has, over the past 20 years, developed his own theory on the behaviour of individuals who are successful while also leading a happy life.

Over time, he has collected many anecdotes, stories and life experiences and he as personally applied and validated these fundamental principles pertaining to success and happiness.

His work resulted in a book, entitled "Sortez de vos pantoufles en béton !", which means: "Get out of your concrete slippers". It was published by Les Éditions Quebecor and is distributed in a number of French-speaking countries, including France, Switzerland and Belgium.

It is based on his unique approach to life through his genuine "natural" style.

Richard wishes wholeheartedly to contribute to the collective well-being while helping individuals fulfill their potential.
